Support Calls
Our standard support provides telephone support to existing Gould Hall customers
from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday excluding holidays and weekends.
Many customers are given direct access to their account team via mobile and receive
extended out-of-hours coverage if required.
Please don't ask for one of us by name as the person you ask for may be away. We're
all here to help and your call will be acted upon as soon as you speak to one of
us.
